BENNET'S UPDATE

Last week, we announced changes to how Bennet's Appliance will operate

our business in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is an update of how Bennet's is responding.

Per the 'Essential Business Guidelines,' Bennet's is still conducting business.

Our showroom hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5:30; Saturday 9:00-5:00. Sales staff is on hand, and the parts and service department is still in operation.

As for our employees, we are not making them work if they feel uncomfortable doing so, and ask for your understanding, as our service technicians may not be able to perform service calls at this time. Employees are extremely valuable to us, after all, and we hope to bring them back soon! We will re-evaluate as conditions allow.

While we don't foresee too many customers in the store at one time, we do ask that you respect and enforce the necessary social distancing guidelines.

We have a designated parking lane–curbside–along the front of the store, so we can take care of you, should you choose to pick something up or just ask questions.

BECAUSE WE DON'T GIVE UP EASILY

Bennet's continues to accept orders over the phone, and arrange payment and delivery options. It is important to note that we must reserve the right of our delivery and installation teams to use discretion when completing deliveries, and ask that they avoid doing so in any situation they deem unsafe. Therefore, our delivery personnel will not perform deliver, hookup or haul away from inside a home that has been quarantined. Please understand this consideration is done out of a deep concern for the health and safety of our employees, partners, and overall communities that we serve.

If it makes anyone feel more comfortable, upon request, we can provide a “drop off only delivery,” setting something inside a garage, on a porch, or just inside the threshold if it is possible. Also, Bennet's warehouse is open, if you choose to pick up a product from the loading docks.

Again, while our team is typically reachable during regular 8am - 5:30pm office hours, we want you to know that we are available for you around the clock during these uncertain times.
