Do you need a convection oven?
Most customers looking for a new range or wall oven are somewhat familiar with the idea of a convection oven, but not sure what makes it better. Even more confusing, there are two different types of convection from which to choose.

"True European Convection" refers to an oven with one bake element, one broil element, and a third element located in the

rear of the oven. Working together to evenly distribute heat in the oven cavity, they produce even baking and browning on all racks, better rising, and locking in the flavorful juices in meats...all in 30% less time.

Convection ovens are not a marketing ploy. Baking is proven faster and more even with the convection oven-with or without the third element. Best of all, you get to remove and sample the Christmas cookies sooner.
