Bennet’s To Honor Bennet Geiser for His 100th Birthday
ORRVILLE--January 2, 2012
Bennet’s Appliance Centers, Inc. will celebrate the 100th birthday of their founder, Bennet Geiser, the week of his 100th birthday, January 9–14, 2012. Bennet’s invites the public to stop in to the Orrville store location (1300 West High Street) or North Canton store location (607 South Main Street) to celebrate, receive discounted prices, and enter to win various door prizes.
A drawing will be held at the end of the week for the following prizes: A $100 Gift Card, a Whirlpool microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, a Frigidaire dishwasher, and a grand prize Serta mattress set valued at $900.
For two days only - Friday and Saturday - all major appliances, furniture and mattresses, over $399, will be 10%-15% Off retail price. Orrville’s own Smith’s Dairy ice cream will be served, along with birthday cake on Saturday.
In addition to numerous service awards, Bennet’s Appliance retains the honor of being the 8th longest-running Frigidaire dealer in the world. Bennet began repairing and installing Frigidaire ice cream cabinets for Smith’s Dairy, when the franchise came to Smith’s in 1931 from the Ohio Edison Company.
