Is your dryer taking too long to dry clothes? 

First, make sure your lint screen is cleaned after every cycle of clothes. Then buy yourself a special brush designed to get down deep into the vent area and clean out all the build up of lint. Make sure your vent behind the dryer is not kinked and the entire vent to the outside is not blocked by lint.  Lint brushes are available at Bennet's Appliance stores.


Check your circuit breakers or fuse box to make sure you are getting 220 volts to your dryer. With one fuse burned out, you may only receive 120 volts, the motor will turn the dryer but you will not get enough heat to dry your clothes.
If this does not solve your problem, call for service.

Your Refrigerator usually has cold air supplied through the freezer. If your refrigerator section doesn't cool evenly, make sure the area around the fan is not over stuffed and blocking air flow. 
 
Dust can cause unnecessary pressure that can shorten the lifespan of the cooling system. If dust is starting to build up on your refrigerator's condenser system, vacuum it clean.

If computerized controls seem to be locked up or frozen, unplug the unit from the power supply and wait for 10 or 15 minutes, this will allow it to reset and then plug it in again. If the problem is still there,
call Bennet's Appliance Centers for service.

Do I Really Need a Technician? The truth is sometimes you don't. 

If your appliance won't start, check the power. If the Fridge isn't cooling and the light bulb won't turn on --power supply is the likely culprit. The same goes for any appliance. Check to make sure the plug is in a working receptacle, the breaker is on, and the proper voltage is being delivered to the unit.
